Upswing Property Management (formerly Silicon Valley Lofts & Condos) is a boutique property management firm located in San Jose, CA. We provide full-service management services and pride ourselves on providing the best service possible to our clients. 

We manage properties throughout Silicon Valley, with many of our properties located in Downtown San Jose, in some of the city's best high-rise and mid-rise buildings. Our properties include single family homes, luxury condos, lofts, and townhomes. Some of the properties we manage are located in buildings with historical significance. And many of the properties we manage are located in the newest and most luxurious buildings in Downtown San Jose that include modern, luxury amenities such as fitness centers, pools, and outdoor entertainment spaces.
